At the heart of therapy is a collaborative relationship. A relationship built on trust, honesty and compassion.
Therapy includes counselling, psychotherapy and coaching. My approach is integrative and relational. I draw on my training and experience in the creative arts, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and coaching to support our work together. We will agree and work in a way that suits your needs and goals.
We will work in the present but may explore past life events and relationships to help you understand your emotions, thoughts and behaviours.
As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I am committed to providing a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space.
Beginning therapy - first steps
Contact me by email or text to arrange a first session online (Zoom) or in person. The first session is about getting to know each other, exploring what brings you to therapy, your hopes for therapy and how we might work together. At the end of the first session, we will discuss whether you want to continue our work together.
